It is a large detached house on three levels plus a heated basement. The building has a bed with a glass granular cell base, the brick ground walls are insulated with 14 cm of mineral wool from 100 kg / cu. m., the inclined roof is fully wooden and insulated with wood fiber.

The insulation external panel is carried out with panels of two different thicknesses, to create horizontal grooving on the façade.

Very well-finished also the doors and windows frames with insect screen and shutter, and equipped with stone sill, embedded at the ends intrados, according to a recurrent use in Emilia Romagna, but undoubtedly critical for thermohygrometricpurposes, where is missing a careful detailed analysis.

The distribution of the plant system network takes place in a technical cavaedium, placed against the elevator shaft in a barycentric position.
